Frequently asked questions

How do I book a 100% Adventure?

To book your place onto one of our adventures just head to the destinations page on this website and find the adventure that you would like to undertake and hit the button, this will take you to our fully automated booking system. You will be asked to place a 20% non-refundable deposit to hold your place. The reason this deposit is non-refundable is that it pays for our time to facilitate the administration that you require to be ready for your adventure.

Please be aware, that should you choose to transfer your booking to another date, or even to another adventure, this money is considered a part of that booking, so you are not expected to pay a new deposit. This money is only non-refundable in the event that you change your mind and cancel your booking. In this instance, you would not be refunded your deposit.

What is 100% Adventure's refund policy?

The full refund policy is detailed on the 'home' page to this website. In short, you're able to withdraw up to six-weeks prior to the date of travel and receive back all of your invested monies (minus the 20% non-refundable deposit). It is usual for you to receive this within a 30 day period from cancellation. If it's decided within six-weeks prior to the date of your adventure that you wish to cancel your booking, we have invested your monies in good faith to facilitate your adventure and are therefore unable to offer you a refund. That said, you retain the right to use this credit on any of our adventures within a 12-month period.

Don't worry! We contact you seven-weeks prior to ask you if you wish to proceed with your booking, so you have the choice at this point to withdraw and receive your monies back, that is again, minus the 20% non-refundable deposit. Have a look at the full refund policy on the home page. If you have questions, please contact us, we're here to help you in any way we can.

where can i travel to with 100% Adventure?

You can choose to hike on one of our six, nine or 16 day packages on the Larapinta Trail in the Northern Territory. Larapinta is rated within the top 20 treks in the world! You will walk through the lands of creation time, learning the stories of our first nations people, and be thrust amongst the culture and scenery that inspired Albert Namatjira. You will stay in our eco-campsites where each person has their own four-person sized safari tents. You will have all meals prepared for you and you're able to use the hot water shower and hard standing toilet. So if you want a level of comfort, with us you have it!

You may choose to hike the Great Ocean Walk in Victoria. This is a 100km walk that passes along the Skeleton Coast. You will stay in two campsites where you will have your own two-person sized tent. You have access to out hot, camp style shower and access to hard standing toilets.

Maybe you would prefer to attend one of our one or two-day adventure packages exploring the Southern Tablelands of NSW in the Bungonia National Park, or maybe you may choose our Australian Alpine weekends within the Kosciuszko National Park, summiting to the highest point of the nation.

If there's somewhere you believe that we should be travelling to, let us know and we can plan your specialised 100% Adventure for you!
